Cheese stuffed tortellini with homemade tomato sauce, bacon and asparagus (2 persons)
Cheese stuffed tortellini – 250 gram
Cherry Tomatoes – 250 gram
Onion – 1 piece
Garlic – 2 cloves
Basil – 20 gram
Red Pepper – 1 piece
Bacon – 250 gram
Asparagus – 125 gram
1. Slice and dice all the vegetables and boil some water for the pasta.
2. Prepare the sauce by putting the cherry tomatoes, garlic, onion, basil and the red pepper in a bowl. Use a mixer to mix it all together until it’s a smooth sauce (you can also use this sauce for pizza or lasagna)
3. Add the pasta in the boiling water, start baking the bacon in another pan untill it’s crispy.
4. Heat up the pasta sauce.
5. Once the tortellini is ready, put it on the plate, followed by the asparagus. End up the dish with the fresh, hot and spicy homemade tomato sauce on top!
6. Serve with white wine.
